Baked goods winners listed in county show

CAMERON—Baked goods winners from the recent Milam County Junior Livestock Show competition have been announced as follows by County Agent Micah Holcombe: Grand champion— Brinley Patterson, Cameron 4-H. Reserve champion— Harleigh Barrett, Thorn-dale 4-H. Holcombe said there were 66 total entries and listed the top 10 in each division as follows:

CAKES First—Harleigh Barrett, Thorndale 4-H. Second—Mallory Miller, Milano 4-H. Third—Reese Wimmer, Cameron 4-H. Fourth—Shiner Thurman, Milano FFA. Fifth—Darci Denio, Cameron FFA. Sixth—Leo Sanders, Cameron 4-H. Seventh—Hadley Wagner, Cameron 4-H. Eighth—Kenley Harris, Cameron FFA. Ninth—Luke Holcombe, Cameron 4-H. Tenth—Shelby Lara, Cameron FFA

SHOWMANSHIP Peewee —Luke Holcombe, Cameron 4-H. Junior —Mallory Miller, Milano 4-H. Senior—Kincaid Callahan, Cameron FFA. “David Waiser, MCJLS President, made each Peewee who participated in the showmanship contest a wooden rolling pin,” Holcombe said.

The baked goods competition was held in conjunction with the annual livestock show.
