BIG PROBLEM

—The Rockdale Volunteer Fire Department was called to the US 79-FM 1786 intersection (Alcoa turnoff) at 11:10 a.m. Thursday for a report that a truck rig carrying an oversized load had malfunctioned, jackknifed and lost part of its load. Firefighters returned to the scene for traffic control at 4:19 p.m. that day. At presstime Tuesday the giant load had not yet been moved. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
