Bless ‘em all

Rev. Gary Veit, pastor of Peace Lutheran Church says a blessing for “Mia” and for owner Kim Summers during a Blessing of the Animals Saturday morning at the church. More than a dozen owners brought pets for the event. Virtually all of the animals attending were rescue dogs and Rev. Veit referenced that in his prayer in which he sought blessing of the owners “for rescuing the animals” and of the animals “for rescuing the families with their love.”
