CAMERON—Cases disposed of in November in 20th district court of Milam County included the following, according to Milam Prosecutor Bill Torrey:
• Daniel Ward Phillips, 42, Rock-dale, 10-year prison term, $4,960 fine after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).
• Samuel Yancy Flowers, 33, Buckholts, four-year prison term, $2,000 fine after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for aggravated assault with deadly weapon
• Reginald Johnson, 37, San Angelo, two-year prison term, $1,320 fine after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for unlawful possession of firearm by felon.
• Tracy Lynn Lopez, 51, Rockdale, 6-month state jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for theft.
• Thomas Eugene Wells, 50, Thrall, 10-year probated term, 72 days in the county jail as a condition of probation, $2,500 fine, surrender driver’s license after pleading guilty to DWI-third or more.
• Ryan Scott Allison, 35, Temple, three-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Samuel Joseph Wright, 47, Van, three years deferred adjudication $2,500 fine, $20,979.79 restitution to victim after pleading guilty to theft ($2,500 to $30,000).
• Colton Brady Coufal, 23, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication SAFP program, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Quentin Tarik White, 20, Rock-dale, two years deferred adjudication , drug and substance abuse evaluation and treatment, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than 28 grams) with intent to deliver.
• Boris Suarez Marquez, 26, Aubrey, three years deferred adjudication, drug and substance abuse evaluation and treatment, $1,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (4-400 grams).
• Rebecca Faye Lara-Morales, 28, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication, drug and substance abuse evaluation and treatment, $3,000 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram) in drug-free zone.
• Cody Lee Penney, 30, Rock-dale, three years deferred adjudication, $1,500 fine, restitution to be determined after pleading guilty to attempted evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• Chelsey Laine Buford, 46, Harwood, three years deferred adjudication $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Charlene Nicole Stills, 25, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication, theft aversion class $2,500 fine, $8.32 to victim after pleading guilty to debit card abuse, enhanced (elderly).
• Michael Everett Falzon, 30, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to theft of firearm.
• Angelica Villanueva, 20, Donna, two years deferred adjudication, $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to lesser included Class A misdemeanor, attempted money laundering.
• Jose Antonio Avila, 18, Donna, two years deferred adjudication, $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to lesser included Class A misdemeanor, attempted money laundering.
• Pedro Luis Avila, 19, Donna, two years deferred adjudication, $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to lesser included Class A misdemeanor, attempted money laundering.
• Caress Nichole Montelongo, 25, Rockdale, four years deferred adjudication, theft aversion, $3,000 fine, $40 restitution to victim after pleading guilty to forgery of government instrument.
• Michael Jerome McDowell Jr., 26, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication, theft aversion, $2,500 fine, restitution to be determined after pleading guilty to burglary of habitation.
• Jimmy Ray Baldez, 56, Rogers, three years deferred adjudication, substance abuse evaluation and treatment, advanced anger management, $3,000 fine after pleading guilty to aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
• Samatra Beckwith, 42, of Rock-dale, 10-year probated prison term, advanced anger management, no contact with victim, $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to assault bodily injury– family violence–impede breathe. She also drew the same sentence on another charge of the same offense.
• Anita Alexandra Moreno, 23, Rockdale, six-year prison term probated four years, drug education, substance abuse evaluation/treatment $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS after pleading guilty to evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• Jason Ray Schulze, 45, Lexington, four-year prison term, parole restitution of $8,580 after pleading guilty to engaging in organized criminal activity.
• Steven Joshua Cuellar, 21, Dallas, 18-month jail term, $750 fine after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for debit card abuse.
• Stacey Michelle David, 51, Rockdale, was sentenced to nine-month state jail term after pleading guilty to theft (less than $2,500) with priors.
• Louis Taylor Gaines, 40, Rock-dale, four-year prison term, $180 restitution to DPS after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
