SHERIFF’S REPORT
Cameron Police executed a narcotics-related search warrant just before 6 a.m. Saturday at a home in the 1700 block of West Fourth in that city.
The raid came on the heels of a narcotics trafficking investigation led by Sgt. Kris Stringer.
Police said during the search, officers located a quantity of cocaine, marijuana, firearms, and ammunition.
In addition, officers took into custody 25-year-old Jessie Ray Westbrook on charges of possession of cocaine in a drug-free zone and possession of marijuana in a drug-free zone.
Police said the home was located less than 1000 feet from Cameron ISDowned Cameron Agricultural Farm.
John Youngblood, 20th District Judge, signed the search warrant.
