CHANGING OF THE GUARD

A going away party for former city manager Barbara Holly’s retirement was held on Friday at the Patterson Center attended by city employees, family and friends. New city manager Tim Kelty was on hand to thank Holly for her work in helping him transition into his role. Public Works Director Jerald Brunson also thanked Holly for all she has done for his employees.
