Meadowbrook Baptist
holds grief seminar
Meadowbrook Baptist Church will sponsor a weekly GriefShare recovery workshop from Jan. 13 to April 6 from 6 to 8 p.m.
“This program is for people grieving the death of a family member or friend,” according to program director Malda Burns.
Registration fee is $17 for the 13-week course. Registration is at www.grief-share.org or www.meadowbookrockdale.org, and you may contact Burns through either website.
Campus prayer walk
scheduled for Monday
The Rockdale Ministerial Alliance in partnership with Meadowbrook Baptist church will be doing a campus prayer walk on RISD campuses on Monday, Jan. 6 at 5:30 p.m.
Participants will meet at Meadowbrook and will be sent out in teams to the various campuses to pray, according to the Alliance.
