Peace Lutheran Lent Soup Supper events
The Wednesday Lent Soup Suppers will run throughout Lent: March 13, 20, 27, and April 1.
Suppers will begin at 6 p.m. followed by a short service at 6:3o p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
First Presbyterian March events posted
Mar. 24—Following Bible study at 9:3o a.m. Pastor David will lead a presentation/clinic on smart phone operation and avoiding scams at the Library at 12 noon.
March 29-5th Sunday Music Service at 1o:3o a.m. followed by a fellowship lunch. For the month of March we will be collecting supplies for PAC Pals.
Cowboy Church offers calf roping contest
Milam County Cowboy Church women’s Breakaway Calf Roping competition is scheduled after church at Ballard Arena, 2100 US 77, on Sun., March 15.
Participant entree fee is $65 for four entries and $90 for 15 and under, enters twice.
