St. John’s to hold mini-Vacation Bible School St. John’s United Methodist Church will conduct a mini-Vacation Bible School (VBS) beginning on Friday, May 6, open to all area children ages pre-K through 5th grades. Under the direction of Jennifer Patton, VBS will feature games, crafts, singing and learning Jesus’ best “fishing” stories from the Bible.
During worship service Sunday morning, the children will perform their songs for the congregation and all families and friends are welcome. VBS schedule will be:
• Friday, May 5, 5:30-8 p.m. (dinner included).
• Saturday, May 6, 9:30-11:45 a.m. (breakfast included).
• Sunday, May 7, 10:30 a.m.-noon (lunch to follow).
