—Milam County Commissioner Art Neal (R) accepts his Commissioners Court Advanced Curriculum Certificate of Achievement from Swisher County Judge Harold Keeter, 2022-23 president of the County Judges and Commissioners Association of Texas. Neal completed the voluntary advanced course of study on county government called Commissioners Court Advanced Curriculum and was honored on Oct. 4.
