County positivity rate at 27%

 39 individuals in Thorndale were tested Tuesday, with 14 positive results. In the past 26 days of testing, the crew has tested 1,047 individuals with 280 positive results, with a positivity rating of approximately 27%.

Today's test ing is in Milano at the Milano VFD from 8 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for any Milam County resident with COVID symptoms. The test is free and one can get results in a very short period of time. We will not test again, until Monday. Testing will be performed at the former Rockdale hospital from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Today, we have 35 new cases to report; 10 new PCR cases and 25 new antigen cases. Nine PCR cases and eight antigen cases were discharged today as well. This brings us to 142 active infections in the County which ties the record high we set back on December 11.!
