Under the direction of Bill Torrey, the Milam County District Attorney, the following felony cases were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court:

• Humberto Guerra Jr., 34, Houston, was sentenced to eight years confinement in TDCJ, after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Motor Vehicle.

• Patrick Trent Mott, 36, Baton Rouge, LA, was sentenced to five years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.

• Richard Gabriel Licea, 34, Rockdale, was sentenced to seven years confinement in TDCJ and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-200 grams.

• Paul Charles Johnson, 43, Killeen, was sentenced to four years confinement in TDCJ and was ordered to pay $2,768 restitution to the victims after pleading open to Court and being sentenced by Judge Youngblood after a sentencing hearing for a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 grams.

• Mardavius Powell, 22, Cameron, was sentenced to four years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “true” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.

• Michelle Lynn Bales, 49, Lexington, was sentenced to six months in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram.

• Edward Lee Davis, 36, Austin, was sentenced to three years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 2nd Degree Felony, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.

• Sabrina Michelle Stefek, 34, Rockdale, was sentenced to twelve months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Forgery of Financial Instrument.

• Pagi Riley Hubnik, 31, Cameron, was placed on two years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine and no communication with the victim after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Unlawful Access to Stored Communications.

• Edward Lavon Bates, 42, Killeen, was placed on four years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $360 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty a 2nd Degree Felony, Lesser Included Possession of Controlled Substance 4-400 grams.

• Viktoria Bowman, 55, Cameron, was placed on two years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Assault Causing Bodily Injury – Family Violence.

• Dejenay Beckwith, 40, Rockdale, was placed on three years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft of Less than $2,500 with Prior.

• Hope Elaine Lum, 51, Picayune, Mississippi, was placed on two years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram – Drug Free Zone.

• Stephon Rashad Forge, 30, College Station, was placed on two years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram.

• Steve Leigh Davenport Sr., 67, Rockdale, was placed on one year of Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and agreed to forfeit the weapon after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Attempted Possession of Firearm by Felon.

• Gefrey Alan Gadison, 38, Bartlett, was placed on three years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Sex Offender Duty to Register.

• Cameron Trey Allen, 24, Lexington, was sentenced to two years confinement in TDCJ and ordered to pay $22,430.80 restitution to the victims after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 grams.

• Brandon Lee Butts, 28, Lockhart, was sentenced to 18 months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a state Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle.

• Tevin Wayne Mitchell, 27, Rockdale, was sentenced to two years confinement in TDCJ, probated for two years after pleading guilty to a 3rd degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear.

• Carol Lynn Long, 52, Marble Falls, was sentenced to four years confinement in TDCJ, probated for three years with standard conditions of probation include the successful completion of a drug education course and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 grams.

• Jefrrey Lee Williams Jr., 37, Georgetown, was sentenced to three years confinement in TDCJ and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine and $60 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, DWI 3rd or More.

• Jeffrey William Crutchfield, 33, Bryan, was sentenced to five years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five years with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of SAFP and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-400 grams.

• Marshall Raymond Delong, 39, Cameron, was sentenced to two years confinement in TDCJ and ordered to pay $8,295 restitution to the victims after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Theft $2,500 - $30k from Elderly and was sentenced to two years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, with Previous Convictions.

• Sherlander Pope, 48, Cameron, was sentenced to two years confinement in TDCJ and ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram – Drug Free Zone

• Micheal Lynn Rader, 22, Rockdale, was sentenced to three years confinement in TDCJ and ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $300 in restitution after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 grams.

• Noemi Hernandez, 39, Cameron, was sentenced to twelve months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than 28 grams – Drug Free Zone.

• Clifton Corey Knight, 48, Cameron, was sentenced to 10 years confinement in TDCJ probated for two years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $60 restitution to the DPS after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Driving while Intoxicated with Prior Intoxication Manslaughter Conviction.

• Eric Christopher Ochoa, 25, Cedar Creek, was sentenced to ten years confinement in TDCJ, probated for four years with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Theft Aversion Classes and was ordered to pay $300 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Tampering.

• Billy Don Norman Sr., 58, Rockdale, was sentenced to twenty years confinement in TDCJ and was ordered to pay $900 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-200 grams – enhanced.
