County Judge Steve Young said there are three new cases of COVID-19 and one discharged PCR case and one discharged probable case. No one was admitted to a hospital over the past week.

THE NUMBERS—Here are the numbers for cases that are here measured Wednesday to Wednesday.

• Cumulative cases — 542, up 12 from 530.

• Active cases (PCR test) — 9, down 3 from 12.

• Confirmed (antigen) cases — 99, up 7 from 92.

Hospitalized—1.

• Deaths—Seven, no change.

TESTING—Free antigen (93 percent accurate) testing continues as follows:

Wednesday—Milano, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Milano Fire Station.

Thursday—Cameron, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Cameron Fire Station.

Friday—Buckholts, 8 a.m. to 12-noon, 111 West Main.

Monday, Rockdale, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., former Richards Memorial Hospital.

Tuesday—Thorndale, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Fireman’s Hall.

CHARTS—The Milam County Health Department also released three graphs which showed a continuation of past statistics.

It shows, on PCR (most accurate) tests, most of the cases continue to be in Cameron (48 percent) and Rockdale (30 percent) zip codes.

A graph on antigen (slightly less accurate but quicker) testing shows 40 percent in Cameron’s zip code and 26 percent in Rockdale.

A new antigen cases by age graph reveals the age group with the highest amount of cases is ages 40-49, with 20-29 second, followed closely by 10-19, with the 30-39 and 50-59 age groups following.
