Ok, ok. I’m not going to talk about Thanksgiving food for at least one week, but I sure am looking forward to it. Ken and Christine were here last weekend and we started talking about our Thanksgiving meal. Noelia is our turkey, gravy and homemade roll maker.

But this crockpot recipe sounded good to me. It’s an all day cook and it’ll be ready when you get home from work. Just the way I like it. Once again this recipe uses breasts and I would substitute thighs since it’ll be cooking all day. Use whatever your family likes. Serve over rice, pasta, mashed potatoes or toast, add some green beans and you’ve got a good dinner.
