Crown Garden Club members are not meeting monthly at present but hope to get started up again in 2021 at the first meeting of the new year in September.
The club has still been taking part in some activities. Holiday donations for 2020 included $125 to CPS to sponsor a child for Christmas and $250 to Christmas Roundup, according to club president Jimette Fatheree.
The club also held a driveby birthday party for member Martha Newman at her home in Milano in December.
Members received a 2021 yearbook in the mail which listed the September meeting to be hosted by Patsy David, Nancy Marburger and Mrs. Fatheree, who said of the calendar listing, “We can hope!”—Peggy Cooke, reporter
