CAMERON—Recent 20th District Court action included:
• Cindy Renae Jansky, 31, Gause, five-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
• Laurence Scott Gonzales, 36, Rockdale, five-year prison term after pleading guilty to assault family violence–impede breathing. He was also sentenced to an 18-month state jail term after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance.
• Stephanie Russ, 51, of Rock-dale, two-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for burglary of habitation.
• Christian Daniel Graciani, 28, Brady, 12-month state jail term after pleading “true” to attempted deadly conduct.
• Richard Anthony Naranjo, 24, Thorndale, 18- month state jail term after pleading guilty to attempted assault-family member-impede breathing.
• Robert Gene Cuba, 32, Fort Worth, four years deferred adjudication $2,500 fine, and forfeit any weapon in which he has an interest after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of firearm by felon.
• Ted Jovior Thompson, 32, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to attempted assault family violence with previous conviction.
• Rakeem Wyatt, 25, Rock-dale, two years deferred adjudication, $1,500 fine, restitution to be determined after pleading guilty to attempted unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
• Haley Raeann Wade, 22, Killeen, three years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to fraudulent possession of identifying information.
• Clifton Jerone Lewis, 35, College Station, five (5) years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to bail jumping–fail to appear. He was also sentenced to 30 days confinement in the county jail and fined $1,500 after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for attempted fraudulent possession of identifying information.
• Michael Chad Easley, 36, Rock-dale, three years deferred adjudication, 25-day county jail term, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Timber Ryan Carrizales, 19, Rockdale, two years deferred adjudication, $1,000 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Xavian Shawn Ellison, 20, Temple, three years deferred adjudication $2,500 fine, restitution to be determined after pleading guilty to a possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Kevin Leo Rubio, 31, Rock-dale, four-year prison term, $2,500 fine, $255 in restitution to victims after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).
