Since Rockdale Animal Shelter only deals with dogs, Rockdale resident Amanda Miller is single-handedly taking care of the city’s stray cat population at her home at 514 West Davilla, and she has about 50 cats in her charge. Since the weather will be getting cooler soon, she has started adding wet food to the 80 pounds per week of dry food with which she feeds the cats.
