DOWNTOWN CONSTRUCTION—The TxDOT downtown project continues in front of Citizens National Bank. The parking area is being torn up there while the finishing touches in the next block are being completed. On the west side of Rockdale, the turning lane has been opened which will be a good thing for the expected Memorial Day traffic.
