RHS senior Bert Hale III received his Eagle Scout badge at St. John’s United Methodist Church in front of family, friends and fellow members of Troop 790. Hale received the award while standing with his grandfather, Arthur Davis. and his mother Trelsa Davis. He is a member of the RHS Student Council and the National Honor Society and is interested in studying technology and aviation following graduation.
