EAGLE SCOUT—

Richard Eubank III was awarded the prestigious “Eagle Award” in an Eagle Scout Court of Honor at St. John’s United Methodist Church Saturday. To become an Eagle Scout is over a 10-year process and requires one to obtain over 21 merit badges. He is the second member of Rock-dale Troop 790 to obtain the achievement.
