Sunrise Easter Services were held at 7 a.m. at Wolf Park, sponsored by the Rockdale Ministerial Alliance. Royal Johnson, pastor of Rising Star Baptist Church and alliance president, gave the welcome, opening prayer and closing hymn. Patrick Walton, pastor of Peace Lutheran Church, and wife Amy Jeanne led the singing and scripture, and Madison Garcia Tabor, pastor of St. John's United Methodist Church, brought the message. Food and fellowship followed.
