Wednesday—Sunshine Club light breakfast; Santa Shop, Room 8, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Thursday– Sunshine Club “Wear Your Pajamas With Your Favorite Christmas Shirt; Admission, Review and Dismissal Meetings; Santa Shop Room 8, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Winter Wonderland, RHS, 5 to 7 p.m.
Friday—Sunshine Club hot chocolate bar in workroom; distribution of Pack Pal bags.
Rem inders—When bringing children to school arrive between 7:30 and 8 a.m. The school’s main door on Belton Avenue will be open. Don’t drop off students at any other location.
When picking up children in afternoon:
• Pre-K students are released on Belton Avenue.
Kindergarten is released on Bowser Street.
• Afternoon dismissal on the west side of campus. First-grade parents please do not block the exit for kindergarten parents.
• All walkers will be released following car riders.
• Any changes for your child’s way home must be made by 2:45 p.m.
Note: Parents guardians entering the building just enter the main entrance on Belton Avenue and report to the office. Please have your photo ID available for school safety reasons.
Free b eakfast and lunch is provided for all students at the elementary .
Intermediate
Wednesday—Gold Day Art; Student Council meeting; Elementary-intermediate writing road map training, 12:30 p.m.
Thursday—Green Day Art; Internet safety program for fifth grade; Winter Wonderland, RHS, 5 to 7 p.m.
Friday—Blue Day Art; distribute Pack Pals; roving chef will be at intermediate campus.
Junior- High
Wednesday—Regular schedule; ELAR intervention planning, 7:30 a.m., PBIS HERO data review meeting, 4 p.m.
Thursday—Regular schedule, Winter Wonderland, RHS, 5 to 7 p.m. Leo Club.
Friday—Regular schedule; birthday bash; Staff Secret Santa Gift Exchange No. 2; Failure is not an Option, 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Reminder—If you are absent, you need to bring a note the next day to the office to get an admit slip. It does not matter if you are absent one period or all day, the student must still bring a note, or it will be recorded as unexcused.
RHS
Wednesday—Regular schedule; algebra and biology EOC retest; schedule change forms available with completed forms due in office by Dec. 17; Pack Pals volunteer opportunity, 4:30 p.m., Biker Church.
Thursday—Regular schedule; English II EOC retest; Semester exam exemption letters passed out at third period, completed and signed forms due Dec. 16; Class of 2023 Project Graduation fund raiser at Pizza Hut (percentage of sales will be donated from 5 p.m. to close); Winter Wonderland, RHS, 5 to 7 p.m.
Friday—Regular schedule; ; NHS meeting, RHS library, 7 p.m.; biology and U.S. History EOC retest;
Saturday—Cardinal Classic Welding Certification, Columbus.
Rockdale ISD
Thursday—Winter Wonderland and Parent Involvement Night, Rockdale High School, 7 p.m.
Monday—School board, RHS library, 11:30 a.m.
