EL CAMINO REAL DE LOS TEJAS MURAL—Rockdale Earth Day’s signature mural was completed by mural artist, Sam Welty, on the Rockdale MDD building this past weekend. Shown here are (L-R) Rockdale Earth Day Chairman David Melton, Dr. Lucile Estelle and Welty. Dr. Estelle’s book, El Camino Real de los Tejas was the inspiration for the mural.
