ENGAGED—Mr. and Mrs. John C. Widacki of Houston are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Brittany Lauren Widacki to Cory Alan Weiss, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory C. Weiss of Brenham. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph D. Widacki of Houston and the late Mr. and Mrs. Chester A. Cegielski of Houston. She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and just received her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Houston. The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Inez V. Weiss of Georgetown and the late Mr. Louis W. Weiss (formerly of Rockdale) and Mrs. Patricia A. Tardiff of Houston and the late Mr. Robert H. Tardiff. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is employed by Brookstone LP as a Construction Project Manager in Houston. Their wedding is planned at Beckendorff Farms in Katy on April 30, 2022.
