—They’ve been below $2 in many places throughout Central Texas but the price of a gallon of regular finally inched through that barrier during the past week in Rockdale. Oil industry analysts say we’d better enjoy it while we can as oil prices are forecast to climb as spring approaches with prices to follow the trend.
