On Oct. 15 The Big Blue Band from Tigerland earned a Division 2 ‘excellent’ rating from the judges at UIL Marching Band Competition. “We are very proud of our students for their hard work throughout the season,” said Director of Bands Adrian Acevedo. “Thank you to our campus and district administration for their continuous support and to all who came out, including Athletic Director Jacob Campsey and some of our football players. Thank you for your support! And special thanks to our booster parents who come out every time to help our students. You are greatly appreciated.”
