The Rockdale Fair Association plans a “rumble in the park” when it brings a truck and tractor pull to Rockdale Fair Park on June 11-12.
Friday night the pull will begin at 7 p.m. with dancing under the stars from 8 p.m. to 12-midnight with music provided by The Other Band.
On Saturday, the fun begins with a steak cookoff with cook’s choice category. Set up starts at 10 a.m.
There will be bounce houses for the children and food booths throughout the day and evening.
The pull Saturday will begin at 6 p.m. The evening entertainment will also include a dance with music provided by The Billy Holt Band.
Tickets will be sold at the gate for adults, $15; children 6-12, $5; 5 and under, free.
