Shawn Leifeste of Cameron 4-H Club exhibited the grand champion steer at this year’s 50th annual Fair. It was purchased by Kyle Office Products, Milam County Livestock Auction, Orion DC LLC c/o SB Energy and Open AI Inc. for $20,874, plus $1,275 added money, for a total of $22,149.
Lair Shipp of Thorndale 4-H had the grand champion swine in this year’s Fair auction. It was purchased by First National Bank of Falls County and Kenson Grain for $4,000, plus $3,650 added money, for a total of $7,650.
The reserve champion swine was shown by Hudson Rasco of Milano 4-H. Buyers were Milam County Livestock Auction, TA Cattle, Lexington Livestock, Dyno Flo LLC, Beaver Creek, Heller Hay & Cattle and Debault Livestock for $8,500 plus $1,000 added money for a total of $9,500.
Maddison Reed of the Milano FFA Club had the grand champion lamb in the 2025 Fair. It was sold to Done Right Roofing, Mine Services Ltd., Beaver Creek, Shuffield Land Cleaning Service, Debault Livestock, Brad’s Welding & Construction and Edward Jones-Matt Langwell for $8,000, plus $2,050 added money, for a total of $10,050.
Case Butler of Milam Junior FFA had the 2025 Rockdale Fair’s reserve champion lamb. It was purchased by Billy Buck’s Deer & Exotic Sales and Classic Bank for $7,000, plus 1,890 added money, for a total of $8,890.
The 2025 Rockdale Fair’s grand champion goat was shown by Hazely Hernandez of the Milano 4-H Club. It was purchased by USA Technologies for $8,000, plus $375 added money, for a total of $8,375.
Kinsley Bailey of Cameron 4-H had the reserve champion goat. It was purchased by Met Water Brazos Basin for $7,500, plus $900 added money, for a total of $8,400.
Ryker McDermott of the Cameron 4-H Club showed the grand champion turkey, which she sold to Jack Hillard Distributing, USA Technologies and Citizens National Bank for $5,000, plus $135 added money, for a total of $5,135.

Wacey Butler of the Cameron 4-H Club exhibited the reserve champion steer. It was purchased by Mine Services Ltd., Debault Livestock, Diamond R Livestock, Linda Lemon Hicks, ROMCO, Brad’s Welding & Construction, Birkhead Cattle, Janak Farms and Williamson County Tractor for $19,435, plus $3,185 added money, for a $22,620 total.
The reserve champion broiler at this year’s Fair was shown by Callie Morris of the Cameron 4-H Club. It was sold to Clayton HVAC, Citizens National Bank and Pruett Insurance Co. for $2,800, plus $175 added money, for a total of $2,975.
Jaiton Vrazel of the Cameron 4-H Club had the 2025 Rockdale Fair’s grand champion broiler. It was bought by Rockdale Country Ford and Cameron Country CDJR for $5,250, plus $2,200 added money, for a $7,450 total.
Olivia Stifflemire of Cameron FFA sold her reserve champion rabbits to USA Technologies for $3,000, plus $1,250 added money, for a total of $4,250.
Ethan Schramm of Thorndale FFA sold his grand champion rabbits to Jackson & Sjoberg LLP, Brien Water Wells and Friends of Milam County Youth for $4,250, plus $1,495 added money, for a total of $5,745.
The reserve champion commercial heifer in the 2025 Rockdale Fair was shown by Eli Sherer of Cameron 4-H. It was bought by Midkiff IV Ranch for $16,000, plus $1,250 added money, for a total of $17,250.

The 50th annual Rockdale Fair & Rodeo’s combined sales—to benef it Milam County 4-H and FFA youth—was a record-breaking $1,029,704.85, including a $637,844.85 livestock action.
