Farmers market returns

The first farmers market after the holidays took place last Saturday at The 1895 (old city hall) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Burleson Street. Vendors included Prosperity Gardens with produce and canned goods; Herbal Delights had tinctures, salves soaps and teas; 4K Show Lambs and Livestock sold cuts and ground lamb; Martin Heritage Farm had pork and bacon and Bath Time Things sold bath bombs and melts.

The market will continue at The 1895 until it moves back to the Chamber of Commerce location in March.
