Calls for South Milam County volunteer fire departments, dispatched during the past week from the Rockdale Police Department, included:
• 7:38 p.m. Nov. 20—Rockdale VFD called out for traffic control at West Cameron (US 79) and Childress after report traffic was blocking highway. Call was canceled.
• 1:11 p.m. Nov. 21—Grass fire, CR 446, just off US 79, Rockdale VFD.
• 6:22 p.m., auto-pedestrian accident, 700 block of West Cameron (US 79), Rockdale VFD. See story on this page.
• 12:37 p.m. Saturday, recreational vehicle on fire, 700 block of US 79 west, Rock-dale VFD.
• 6:10 p.m. Sunday, auto pedestrian accident, US 77 south of Rockdale between CR 314 and CR 315, Rock-dale VFD.
