• North FM 487 at the San Gabriel River along with AMR and the Milam County Sheriff’s Office for a two-vehicle accident with minor injuries on Sunday.
Milano VFD
Responded to:
• CR 380 for hay bales on fire on Wednesday.
• Cefco in Milano for the strong smell of natural gas inside and outside the store on Wednesday. Unable to locate any natural gas smell and they had no propane tank.
• 875 CR 375 for a chicken house on fire on Friday.
• US 79 and TX 36 along with the Milam County Sheriff’s Department for an 18-wheeler stuck under the train trestle on Sunday.
Gause VFD
Responded to:
• CR 353 for a large gas compressor on fire at a saltwater disposal plant in Gause on Thursday.
• US 79/CR 355 for a report of a sparking telephone pole on Saturday but were unable to locate it.
Thorndale VFD
Responded to:
• 7062 West CR 412 in reference to a breaker box struck by lightning with the pole on fire on Thursday. Homeowner called to cancel because power company came out and put out the fire.
