Fire calls for South Milam County volunteer fire departments, dispatched from the Rockdale Police Department during the past week, were listed as follows:
• 12:34 p.m. Jan. 29, small diesel spill at Thorn-dale Cefco, Thorndale VFD.
• 1:30 p.m. Jan. 29, vehicle fire, 800 block of CR 336, Milano VFD.
• 5:24 p.m. Thursday, Rockdale VFD initially called out to report of an accident on south FM 908, call turned out to be in Burleson County and was handled by responders in that county.
• 6:45 p.m. Saturday, Rockdale VFD called to report of wire or plastic burning at Maria’s Tamales, turned out to be heater.
