Fire calls dispatched from the Rockdale Police Station during the last week were listed as follows:
• 8:30 p.m. Sept. 10, Power line arcing, Cameron (US 79) at Childress, Rockdale VFD.
• 7:26 p.m. Rockdale VFD dispatched to Texas Burger/ Subway, no fire, faulty wire heading toward sign.
• 2:48 p.m. Thursday, grass fire, one mile south of Milano off Texas 36, Milano VFD.
• 2:44 p.m. Friday, Rock-dale VFD responded to 600 block of North Wilcox for reported gas leak, no leak discovered.
• 8:13 p.m. Monday, small grass fire, John D. Harper Road by Alcoa Lake, Rock-dale VFD.
