• Thursday, 11:52 a.m., the Rockdale Volunteer Fire Department along with the Milam County Sheriff’s Office and AMR responded to a one-vehicle accident on U.S. 79 near the turn to CR 306.
• Saturday, 10:41 p.m., the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Department responded to the 400 block of East U.S. 79 for a building fire.
