• Aug. 25, 8:46 p.m. Rockdale VFD responded to the 200 block of Jessie Street for a unreported control burn
• Thursday, 11:13 p.m. Gause VFD responded to a structure fire at CR 265A and FM 485. It was in an abandoned house and there were no injuries reported.
• Friday, 3:58 a.m. Rockdale VFD along with AMR and Oncor responded to 1000 block of Bullock Street for a residential fire.
• Friday, 10:42 a.m. Thorndale VFD responded to 29835 west U.S. 79 for a grass fire.
• Friday, 2:24 p.m. Rockdale VFD along with AMR and MCSO responded to north FM 487 for a one-vehicle motorcycle accident.
• Sunday, 8:19 p.m., Rockdale VFD responded to a vacant lot at Fifth Avenue and Baxter Street in Rockdale, subject mowing hit natural gas line.
• Aug. 29, 2:53 p.m., Rockdale VFD along with a police officer responded to a report of smoke next to Hunter's Chase Apartments on east Belton Avenue in Rockdale. It was a burn violation with the city limits.
• Monday, 9 :32 p.m. Rockdale VFD responded to the 600 block of north Rice Street in Rockdale. There was a grease fire in the kitchen.
