POLICE REPORT
Rockdale Police Officers made five felony arrests during the past week including: • Caron Gaines, 46, Rockdale, was arrested on Tuesday for possession of a controlled substance (less than 1 gram).
• Derek Tremayne David, 30, Rockdale, was arrested on Tuesday for a Pardon and Parole Board warrant for online solicitation of a minor.
• Timothy David Mott, 41, Rockdale, was arrested Tuesday for possession of a controlled substance (4 to 400 grams).
• John Marl Robinson, 40, Rockdale, was arrested on Friday for assault causes serious bodily injury/family violence and assault impeding breath/circulation.
• John Lorenzo Robertson, 47, Rockdale was arrested Saturday on a Milam County warrant for probation violation.
Accidents
• Ofc. Davis responded to a two-vehicle accident in front of Climate Control AC & Heat with one vehicle blocking the roadway Friday.
• Ofc. Davis responded to an auto/pedestrian accident at the intersection of Cameron and Scarbrough Street with one fatality Saturday.
• Ofc. Wachtel along with Ofc. Ford and Ofc, Lentz responded to a two-vehicle accident at 227 N. US 77 on Saturday.
Arrests
RPD officers three arrests during the past week including one each for An Austin Police Department warrant for criminal trespass, a Cameron Police Department for larceny, and criminal mischief.
Incident report
There were 13 incidents on the report for the past week including eight for the report only, and one each for possession of a controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), a Pardon and Parole Board warrant, possession of a controlled substance (4 grams to 400 grams), fatality accident and a probation violation warrant.
Calls for service
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 232 total calls for service with 36 being for 911 emergency service.
