—Over 100 people received food last Thursday at the Central Texas Food Bank distribution at the Knights of Columbus Hall. The food bank distributes food every third Thursday of the month and fresh produce every first Thursday of the month. “You are already qualified if you are receiving SNAP benefits, are on social security or your income qualifies you. Anyone with an emergency food need is welcome,” said Deanie Houser, who is the site leader for both Rockdale and Taylor.
