FORTY YEARS, THREE GENERATIONS—Pruett Insurance is celebrating their 40th year in business. The insurance agency was started by Jo Pruett in 1981 from the ground up. She still remembers who her first customer was and they are still with the agency 40 years later. Her son, Mike Pruett, joined the agency in 1985 and worked alongside his mother until her retirement in 2019. Ashley Crittenden, Mike and Pam Pruett’s daughter, joined the agency in 2013. “We give thanks to God for blessing this agency for the last 40 years. We have been honored to serve the good folks of Rockdale and Milam County as well as surrounding counties for all these years,” Mike Pruett said. “We could not have operated this agency without the professional staff that works with us.
