On Thursday, May 18, Col. Chad Foster, garrison commander at Fort Cavazos in Killeen, will be coming to the Patterson Civic Center in Rockdale, to talk about leadership.
The Leadership Rockdale program, working with the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce and in partnership with the City of Rockdale and Rockdale MDD, are the event sponsors.
