Rockdale Police Officers made four felony arrests during the past week including:
• Stacey Hickman, 28, Rockdale, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation, possession of a controlled substance (under 1 gram).
• Robert James Dombrowski, 40, Rockdale, was arrested for a warrant for assault of family/household member impeding breath/ circulation.
• Michael Rangel, 36, Temple, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), theft of property ($100 to $750)..
• Dominique Jewel Clark, 19, Rockdale, was arrested by Ofc. Wachtel for tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair and evading arrest detention.
Calls for Service
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 165 calls for service during the past seven days including 78 calls for 911 emergency service.
Arrests
RPD officers made six arrests during the past week including one each for disorderly conduct, a warrant for assault causes bodily injury of a family member, theft of property ($100 to $750), no drivers license, a Milam County Sheriff's Office warrant and driving with license expired.
Incident Report
There were 14 incidents on the report for the past week including five for the report only, two for assault, and one each for disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), no drivers license, a Milam County Sheriff's Office warrant, tamper/fabricate physical evidence, driving with license invalid, and theft of firearm.
