Rockdale Police Officers made four felony arrests during the past week including: • Martin Bermudez Jr., 27, Rockdale, was arrested on a Milam County Sheriff 's Office warrant for criminal mischief ($2,500 to $30,000) on May 9.
• Eddie Davenport, 19, Rockdale, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on May 11.
• Serenidy Flores, 17, Rockdale, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (less than 1 gram) in a drug free zone on May 13.
• Christian Hibarra, 18, Rockdale, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (less than 1 gram) in a drug free zone on May 13.
Accidents
Ofc. Wachtel along with AMR and the RVFD responded to Murphy Oil for a hit and run accident on May 7 at 9:34 a.m.
Arrests
RPD officers made three arrests over the past seven days for possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear and criminal mischief.
Calls for Service
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 252 calls for service during the past week including 112 for 911 emergency service.
Incident Report
There were 20 incidents on the report for the past week including eight for the report only, two for burglary of a building and aggravated assault, and one each for threats, possession of drug paraphernalia, indecent exposure/indecent assault, harassment, criminal mischief, burglary of a habitation, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a controlled substance (less than 1 gram).
