Rockdale Police Officers made four felony arrests during the past week including:
• Carlos Dwayne Rubin, 46, Rockdale, two counts assault causing bodily injury family member.
• Otilio Ramon Lucio, 40, Dayton, two counts engaging in organized criminal activity.
• Eric Christopher Ochoa, 24, Cedar Creek, two counts unauthorized use of motor vehicle, tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair.
• Andres Alejandro Barragan, 20, Lexington, sexual assault of a child, possession of marijuana (less than 2 ounces).
Arrests
The Rockdale Police Department made 17 arrests during the past week including four for failure to appear, three for no insurance, two each for assault causes bodily injury family member and driving with license invalid, and one each for public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft ($100 to $750), expired registration, criminal mischief and possession of marijuana.
Citations
Rockdale Police Officers issued 26 citations during the past week including six for no drivers license, four for driving with license expired, three for expired registration, two each for no liability insurance and possession of tobacco by a minor, and one each for disregarding official traffic control device, failure to yield right of way to an emergency vehicle, failure to yield right of way and unrestrained child.
Incidents
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 20 incidents during the past week including four interview room incident, two for outstanding warrants and criminal mischief ($100 to $750), and one each for theft, burglary of a vehicle, assault causes bodily injury family member, criminal mischief ($2,500 to $30,000), unauthorized use of motor vehicle, tempering with physical evidence with intent to impair, duty on striking unattended vehicle, sexual assault of a child, possession of marijuana (less than 2 ounces), burglary of a building, driving with license invalid and burglary of a habitation.
Accidents
Police Officers responded to six accidents during the past week:
• On Wednesday Ofc. Harden responded Cameron Avenue at Green Street for an accident involving a car and a person in a wheelchair who was transported by AMR.
• On Friday Ofc. Ford responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident on North US 77 in front of the Sure Stay Hotel.
• On Saturday Ofcs. Parker and Hensley responded to a three-vehicle accident at 707 West Cameron Avenue.
• On Saturday Ofc. Ford responded to 544 North Wilcox for a hit and run accident.
• On Monday Ofc. Puente responded to 706 East Cameron Avenue for a two-vehicle accident blocking the roadway.
• On Monday Sgt. Hubnik responded to 907 West Cameron Avenue for a two-vehicle accident off the roadway with no injuries.
