Rockdale Police Officers made four felony arrests during the past week including:
• Jessie Charles Mitchell, 40, Rockdale, was arrested by Sgt. Fain on a Milam County warrant for bond forfeiture/aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Subject was transferred to the Milam County Sheriff’s Department.
• Lorilei Solis, 17, Austin, was arrested by Sgt. Fain on Thursday for evading arrest with a vehicle.
• Damian Macias, 18, Austin, was arrested Thursday by Sgt. Fain for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and for unlawful carrying of a weapon.
• Charles Brandon Wells, 33, Gause, was arrested Sunday by Officer Krejci for a Robertson County warrant for theft of petroleum product (less than $10,000), and for a Robertson County warrant for violation of motor fuel tax requirements, a Robertson County surety surrender for engaging in organized criminal activity. He also had a Rockdale PD charge of evading arrest detention and two Class C charges and two Class C warrants.
Calls for service
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 357 total calls for service with 123 being for 911 emergency service.
Arrests
RPD officers made 14 arrests during the past week including one each for theft of property less than $100, speeding, animal at large, no rabies vaccine, expired registration, driving with license invalid, failure to maintain financial responsibility, failure to appear, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, no driver’s license, unlawful carrying of weapon and evading arrest.
Accidents
Officer Parker and Capt. Goodrich responded to Cameron Ave. and Bowser Street on Friday in reference to a vehicle hitting a utility pole. There were no injuries and the driver was issued a citation for no driver’s license.
Incident report
There were 25 incidents on the report during the past week including five interview room, four for warrant service, two for burglary of a habitation, two for assault, and one each for robbery, evading arrest with vehicle, unlawfully carrying a weapon, possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver, terroristic threat, theft, no driver’s license, evading arrest detention, public intoxication, burglary of vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
