Rockdale Police Officers made four felony arrests during the past week including:
• Jaime Perez Jr., 18, Austin, was arrested on Tuesday for unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
• Zykia Flowers, 18, Waco, was arrested on Thursday for two charges of credit/debit card abuse.
• Salena Lopez, 22, Rockdale, was arrested on Sunday for abandoned/ endanger a child and failure to comply with registration requirements.
• Michael Burgess, 35, Rockdale, was arrested on Sunday for abandoned/ endanger a child.
Accident Ofc. Parker responded to McDonald’s for a minor two-vehicle accident with no injuries.
Arrest RPD officers made one arrest during the past week for a capias warrant for public intoxication.
Calls for service Rockdale Police Officers responded to 259 total calls with 103 being for 911 emergency service.
Incident report There were 18 incidents on the report this past week including 9 in interview room, and one each for theft, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, assault, emergency order of detention, sexual assault of a child, criminal mischief, minor in possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and duty on striking fixture or highway landscape.
