Four persons were treated after Rockdale-area traffic accidents over the past week, according to the Department of Public Safety.
Milano volunteer firefighters, an AMR ambulance crew and the Milam County Sheriff’s Department responded to a two-vehicle collision at US 79 and CR 329 at 10:09 p.m. Friday.
Trooper Ernest DelBosque listed drivers as Oscar Bode V, 18, of Milano and Blake Murray, 63, of Austin.
The DPS said Bode and two passengers were transported to Baylor Scott & White medical facilities in Temple.
Murray refused treatment at the scene, according to the DPS report.
Vehicle damage was termed extensive.
A 19-year-old Cameron man was taken to Baylor Scott & White after his motorcycle collided with a cow early last Tuesday morning near Minerva on US 77.
Trooper Josh Hendricks said James Lilly’s motorcycle was in collision with the animal at 5:31 a.m. on US 77 near County Road 235.
The Cameron Volunteer Fire Department and an AMR ambulance crew also responded.
No injuries were reported at 3:10 p.m. Sept. 11 when a vehicle operated by Timber Carrizales, 18, of Rock-dale left US 79 near County Road 454 and went into a ditch, according to Trooper DelBosque.
Damages were termed moderate.
