CAMERON—Fourteen persons were sentenced last week in 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed them as follows:

• Johnny Ray Smith, 37, Calvert, five-year prison term, pleaded guilty to assault bodily injury–family violence with previous conviction.

• Tristan Lee Cehand, 20, Cameron, two-year prison term $500 restitution to the victim, pleaded guilty to burglary of habitation.

• Rockie Joshua Balboa, 24, Cameron, 10 years deferred adjudication probation, sex offender probation, $5,000 fine and to have no contact with the victim or family, pleaded guilty to sexual assault of child.

• Tammy Lynn Henry, 39, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication probation $2,500 fine and $460.36 restitution to victim, pleaded guilty to fraudulent possession of identifying information–elderly, enhanced.

• Karen Pyle Spivey, 52, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication probation, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab, pleaded guilty to a possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Robert Allen Czesnowski, 32, Smithville, three years deferred adjudication probation, drug education, substance abuse evaluation, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Robert Salomon, 33, Rockdale, two-year state jail term probated three years, $2,500 fine, $950 restitution to victim, pleaded guilty to forgery of financial instrument.

• Wynetta Archie, 39, Houston, three years deferred adjudication probation, $2,500 fine, pleaded guilty to evading arrest with motor vehicle.

• Thomas Wesley Owens, 27, Temple, three years deferred adjudication probation, drug education course and substance abuse evaluation, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS drug lab, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Christopher Alan Barr, 47, Rock-dale, two years deferred adjudication probation theft aversion course, $2,500 fine, restitution to victim, pleaded guilty to theft (less than $2,500) with priors.

• Victoria Miladazis, 31, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication probation, drug education, substance abuse evaluation, $2,500 fine, pleaded guilty to prohibited substance in correctional facility.

• Carlos Arvizu, 27, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication probation, advanced anger management, $2,500 fine, pleaded guilty to assault bodily injury–family violence with previous conviction.

• Dayana Batrice Johnson, 33, Cameron, six-month state jail term, $6,643.24 to the victims after sentencing hearing before the Court. She had previously pleaded “open” to theft ($1,500 to $20,000).

• Jamaill Daray Gibbs, 26, Houston, tw0-year prison term, pleaded guilty to evading arrest with motor vehicle.
