There will be a 2021 Team Roping benefit on April 24 at Robertson County Fairgrounds, FM 485 in Hearne, for John Alexander.
They will be selling barbecue plates and have a concession stand. At 2 p.m., there will be a live auction.
If you can come out and participate in this activity, please come help this family. John is battling stage 4 cancer.
There will be a cleanup at Gause Cemetery to get ready for Mother’s Day. The date and time will be announced.
Gause Volunteer Fire Department barbecue that was held Saturday was so good. (See coverage, page 6B.) Wish the fire department held these at least once a month! See how lazy and hungry I am?
I’m only joking, our children make sure we have plenty to eat.
