As I start this, it is 9 a.m. Monday and already getting hot. But it will be worse in a month or so. I’m going to do my best not to complain. If you hear me complaining about the weather, just tell me to “get over it.”
Gause Baptist Church is making plans for Vacation Bible School Aug. 2-6 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. I don’t have the ages for this. Will let you know later.
From 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 8, they will have a Back-to-School Bash. I have no idea what that is but before the date arrives I’ll try to find out. Sunday at 5 p.m. they play volleyball (men and women).
Men’s basketball is at 6 p.m. in the Family Life Center.
Bible Study and dinner is at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Children and Youth Night is at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Thursday at 6:30 p.m. is Family Game Night.
As most of you know, this is where I attend and have a flyer with info. If your church has something that has the info for what they’re doing, please get it to me and I can get that info in the column.
