Gause School is having their book fair this week, Monday through Friday. Thursday will be Merry Muffins with Moms and Draggin’ Dads to Doughnuts at 7 a.m. in the school library.
Thursday the football game will be in Westphalia at 5 p.m. and the volleyball team will play AggieLand Home School at A&M Church of Christ in College Station.
Friday the NJHS induction ceremony will be held from 1:30 to 2:15 p.m. during sixth period.
Saturday is the Melodie Jones 5K. Gause Cross Country run will be in Caldwell at Davidson Creek Park.
On Oct. 2, Gause volleyball team will be in Bryan for a game against St. Joseph Catholic School. Game times are 5 and 6 p.m.
On Oct. 4, a football game against Immanuel Lutheran of Giddings will be played here beginning at 4:30 p.m. Come out and support the Gause team.
Sunday there will be a fellowship dinner following the 11 a.m. service at Gause Baptist Church. Come join this activity. You are always welcome at the church activities.
Patti Stewart was surprised with a birthday party following the Sunday morning worship service at Gause Baptist Church. This was given by her daughters, Natalie, Alyssa, Holly, Lynsie and Elizabeth. Everyone had a good time and plenty to eat.
