Our family joined other relatives for the annual Holdiness Family Reunion held at Milano Methodist Church for worship services and then to the Community Center for lunch and a time of catching up.
We had a great time seeing family members we only see once a year. There are some who can’t come every year and it is really great to see them and catch up with what is going on in their families.
It seems there isn’t much going on this time of year. Those with school-age children are probably busy shopping for school supplies and looking for bargains on clothing. They grow faster during summer. I think there are times when the school teachers can’t believe how much they have grown in three months.
